Char Grilled Oysters

Oysters should be in shell and fresh for best results
Grill temp should be 400 degrees for best results
Fresh lemons for juice
Stick of Melted Butter
Garlic Salt

Fresh parmesan cheese

Place oysters on grill at 400 degrees, should take about two to three minutes for the top of shell to pop open enough that you can easily peel off the top half of shell. When top half is removed put a teaspoon of butter, a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of garlic salt and then sprinkle parmessian cheese on top. When all the oysters are dressed put them back on grill at 400 for about 8 to 10 minutes until top surface of each is bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve with
small pieces of soft french bread to get all the juice. Louisiana Hot Sauce or Cocktail Sauce can be added after cooking if needed.
