Grilled Asparagus- Two options for wrap
5 medium sticks of Asparagus per serving
Half stick of unsalted butter melted
Coarse Ground Pepper
Either use strip bacon or thinly sliced prosciuto for wrap
Grill temp should be 300 to 325 degrees
Remove any hard tips from Asparagus tips and wash asparagus and dry
Baste the spears with melted butter , then season to taste. Final step is to wrap your five spears with either bacon strip or prosciuto and place on the grill.
Turn over frequently to cook bacon thoroughly. Asparagus makes a great side dish with almost anything.
