Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Grill temp 300 degrees / direct heat
Pork Tenderloin pack of 2 (around 24 oz)
Kosher salt
Coarse ground black pepper


Most Pork Tenderloin comes 2 pieces to the pack with average pre-cooked weight around 24 oz. in the pack. This meat is very lean and cooks fast. Leave it in the 2 separate pieces for grilling. For best taste rub with a light coat of Kosher salt and Coarse ground Black Pepper. Let seasoning sit on tenderloin for 30 minutes before grilling. If you have not cooked pork tenderloin or have felt yours was too dry then I suggest a meat thermometer probe and pull the tenderloin from the grill at 165 degrees middle temp. Let rest 5 minutes and then slice or cut into large pieces for serving. A sweet barbecue sauce or a strawberry glaze goes well with Pork Tenderloin. Suggested sides AuGratin Potatoes and a cabbage slaw.
