4 to 6 oz. fillets with skin left on for grilling
Grill temp 350 degrees
Unsalted Butter melted with finely chopped fresh Dill.
Sauce Optional for serving ( Hollandaise or Baby Shrimp )
Place fillets on Grill with skin side down and place one large orange slice on each piece for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove orange slice and baste with butter and dill mixture every five minutes, when center of fillet feels firm but soft to the finger touch then Salmon is ready, be careful not to overcook. Total cook time around 20 to 25 minutes. Great side dishes Asparagus and Scalloped Potatoes
