Steak or Chicken Teriyaki Kabobs
Grill Temp 400 degrees
Moore’s Teriyaki Marinade
Sirloin Steak 1 1/2 inch thick or boneless chicken breast cut into pieces for kabobs
Serving size two medium size skewers.
3 pieces of meat per skewer with vegetables
Baby Bella Mushrooms
Green, yellow and Red Bell Peppers
Fresh Pineapple Chunks
Cut up your vegetables and put in separate bowl from meat to marinate
Cut up your choice of meat and put in separate bowl to marinate.
Vegetables and meat should marinate at least 6 hours before placing on Skewers
After placing meat and veggies on skewers discard remaining marinade. Place kabobs on grill and turn every 8 minutes, normally takes about 25 minutes for beef and 30 to 35 minutes for chicken. Good side dishes are wild rice and broccoli.
